About Mass Save

Mass Save is a program sponsored by several Massachusetts utilities and energy efficiency providers including Berkshire Gas Company, Cape Light Compact, Eversource, Liberty, National Grid, and Unitil. These sponsors work with the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources to promote energy efficiency services in Massachusetts. Through the program, Massachusetts residents and businesses can receive a no-cost Mass Save home assessment, as well as incentives including new insulation rebates, energy-efficient appliance rebates, heating rebates, and more.

The Mass Save program is funded by the energy efficiency charges found on all customers’ gas and electric bills. You are already paying into the Mass Save program, so why not take advantage of a no-cost home energy assessment and Mass Save rebates?

Massachusetts homeowners, renters, landlords, and businesses who are customers of Berkshire Gas Company, Cape Light Compact, Eversource, Liberty, National Grid, or Unitil can qualify for Mass Save incentives. Some rebates and incentives are based on household income. To find out what rebates you may qualify for, schedule a no-cost Mass Save energy audit with Neeeco!

You can choose from a list of Mass Save contractors to complete the energy efficiency work you qualify for. Neeeco is a Mass Save Partner, and we’ve helped make tens of thousands of homes in Massachusetts more energy efficient.

Mass Save Home Energy Assessments

A Mass Save Home Energy Assessment is an evaluation of your home’s energy efficiency. Your Home Energy Assessment—which must be conducted by a Mass Save contractor, like Neeeco—will look for problem areas in your home. You’ll receive a report following your Mass Save energy assessment that includes a list of recommended upgrades to help you save energy and money. These upgrades may qualify for Mass Save rebates.

It may sound too good to be true, but it really does cost nothing! You won’t need to pay Neeeco or a Mass Save® contracting partner a service fee to receive a no-cost home energy assessment at any point during the assessment and to receive your results. On your gas and electric bills a small charge for ‘energy efficiency’ is included. This small charge helps fund the Mass Save® program. Since you’ve been paying into the Mass Save® energy efficiency fund, why not take advantage of the benefits and schedule your no-cost home energy assessment today with Neeeco.

Mass Save home energy assessments are available at absolutely no-cost to customers of the Berkshire Gas Company, Cape Light Compact, Eversource, Liberty, National Grid, and Unitil. Neeeco is a Mass Save contractor. Schedule your no-cost home energy audit with our team today!
