Though any special weatherization or building science certifications is not required for crew members they should have at least one of the following:
- BPI Residential Building Envelope Whole House Air Leakage Control Installer Certification
- Boot Camp: Crew Member Training
- Any other DOE or BPI or WAP weatherization training
