The Sponsors of Mass Save empower Massachusetts residents to make energy efficiency upgrades by providing generous rebates, incentives, and financing for a wide range of home improvements, including insulation and air sealing, heating and cooling upgrades, window replacements, and more.

What are the Mass Save Rebates for 2024?
The Sponsors of Mass Save offer rebates and incentives for a wide range of services. Some of the best Mass Save incentives for 2024 include:

How to Get Your Mass Save Rebates
Follow these simple steps to claim your Mass Save rebates and incentives in 2024!
Step One: No-Cost Mass Save Home Energy Assessment
The first step toward claiming Mass Save incentives is to schedule a no-cost Home Energy Assessment with an approved Mass Save contractor, like Neeeco. The assessment takes about two hours to complete and can be done in person or virtually.
Here’s what you can expect during your home assessment:
- Comprehensive evaluation of your home’s energy efficiency by an energy specialist.
- Installation of no-cost energy-saving products as needed, such as faucet aerators and low-flow shower heads.
- A custom report and list of energy-saving recommendations, including qualifying rebates and incentives.
Step Two: Choose an Approved Contractor
To be eligible for Mass Save rebates and incentives, an approved Mass Save contractor must complete your upgrades. Neeeco is proud to be an approved Mass Save contractor. We make the process simple and will schedule your installation at a time that is convenient for you. We’ll also make sure the products installed comply with Mass Save guidelines so you can claim your rebate.
Step Three: Consider 0% Financing for Qualifying Upgrades
Many energy-saving upgrades, including heat pump installation, are eligible for zero-interest HEAT Loan financing in addition to Mass Save rebates. Before you claim your incentives, consider whether HEAT Loan financing makes sense for you. Step Four: Submit Forms & Required Documentation
The final step is to submit your incentive forms along with the required documentation, which includes a copy of your invoice from your contractor. All forms can be found on the Mass Save website and can be submitted online or printed out and mailed in.
