Types of Commercial Energy Assessments
There are three types of Mass Save commercial energy assessments available so you can choose the best fit for your business.
The online commercial energy assessment is completely virtual and self-guided. To complete the assessment, you will answer a series of questions about your business that help identify the upgrades that will benefit your business the most as well as the rebates and incentives available to you.
Small businesses using less than 1.5 million kWh in electricity or 40,000 therms of natural gas annually are eligible for no-cost Mass Save commercial energy assessments!
During your no-cost assessment, one of our energy specialists will uncover energy-saving opportunities and provide a customized Energy Savings Proposal detailing our recommendations and the applicable rebates.
Facility Assessment
Buildings that use over 1.5 million kWh or 40,000 therms of natural gas annually can receive a complete facility assessment.
Commercial Energy Efficiency Rebates & Incentives
The Sponsors of Mass Save offer generous rebates to help businesses make energy efficiency and electrification improvements. There are incentives available for commercial insulation and weatherization upgrades, commercial HVAC system installation and upgrades, commercial water heater upgrades and pipe insulation, commercial lighting upgrades, and more.
