Agreement between Home Performance Contractor and Abode

This Home Performance Contractor Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) comes into effect as per the date of the last party signature completed, by and between Abode Energy Management LLC (“Abode”) and the following Home Performance Contractor (“HPC”):

Abode and HPC, each makes a “Party,” and are collectively called as “Parties,” to this Agreement
