13.1. HPC will keep the Customer’s property free of liens and claims from subcontractors and vendors of subcontractors and others claiming by or through HPC and shall protect, indemnify and hold Abode, the Utility, and any Customer inoffensive from all losses and costs that happened due to such liens or claims.
13.2. If it happens, HPC shall cause such lien to be discharged or bonded off within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the notice.
