HPC Training

4.1. Before doing any Work, HPC will attend all training required by Abode, up to a maximum of ten (10) days of training (called “Initial Training”), at which HPC personnel whose attendance Abode considers mandatory is necessary, which may include HPC personnel who are: (i) likely to do any of HPC’s obligations as per Agreement; and/or (ii) liable for the training and management of other employees of the HPC. Abode will mention the number of HPC representatives to whom Abode will give Initial Training. HPC will not get compensation from Abode, the Utility, or any Customer for personnel’s attendance at Initial Training. 

4.2. HPC will provide training, comparable in substance and quantity to the Initial Training provided by Abode, to all of HPC’s personnel who are involved in doing the Work under this Agreement, and HPC shall be exclusively responsible for assuring that its workers fulfill all terms of this Agreement in performance of any Work. HPC will not get compensation from Abode, the Utility, or any Customer for personnel’s attendance for additional training.  

4.3. HPC will attend any further training as Abode might require due to changes in Program design or new scopes to be made as part of the Program, with all such further training to be attended without any compensation to HPC or HPC’s workers.
