How to Know If Your Home Is Eligible
Eligibility for residential renovations and additions to single-family homes and multi-family homes with three stories is determined by this criteria:
- Location: they are located within Sponsor service territories.
- Minimum size: Renovations consist of 50% or more of the original home that is undergoing renovation with a minimum of 500 square feet of total floor area.
- Site visit: A rater from a Mass Save approved list performs a preliminary site visit at your home before construction or demolition commences.

- Heating, air conditioning, and ventilation
- Water heating equipment
- Lighting
