1.1. This Agreement is the key reference for all the work to be done by HPC under the Program, starting from the effective date until August 31, 2022, subject to the condition that the Agreement is not terminated or revoked earlier than the stated date as per the terms and conditions mentioned below, including (i) all Assessment Work for the Customer allocated by Abode to HPC; (ii) all Assessment Work for the Customer whom HPC refers to Abode and for whom Abode confirms electronically to HPC the Customer’s entitlement under the Program; and (iii) all Installation Work done by HPC for the Customer for whom HPC executed the Assessment Work.
1.2. This Agreement makes all previously signed HPC’s Home Performance Contractor Participation Agreement null and void for the Work for Customers of the Utility under the Program.
