Compliance with Laws

 12.1. This Agreement follows the federal and state laws and regulations regarding nondiscrimination. The terms and provisions of the Equal Opportunity Clause, Sections 60-1.4, 250.4 and 741.4 of Chapter 60 of Title 41 of the Code of Federal Regulations, regarding “Nondiscrimination in Employment by Government Contractors and Subcontractors,” are combined by reference and contained in this Agreement. Compliance is also required to the provisions of 29 C.F.R. Part 470. 

12.2. HPC will abide by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as well as regulations for the hiring of disabled veterans, veterans of the Vietnam era, Uniformed Services members, and individuals with disabilities.
