The Sponsors of the Mass Save program are making home weatherization upgrades, like energy efficient window installation, more affordable with Mass Save window rebates. To be eligible for Mass Save rebates for windows, you must: 

  • Complete a No-Cost Home Energy Assessment with a Mass Save partner (schedule online with Neeeco now!)
  • Complete the weatherization upgrades recommended during your energy assessment 
  • Replace single-pane windows with ENERGY STAR-certified triple-pane windows

HEAT Loan Financing for Window Installation

Mass Save can help with windows in more ways than one. In addition to offering rebates for energy efficient window installation, Mass Save also offers HEAT Loan financing for single-pane window replacement. The Sponsors of Mass Save are buying down interest rates to make energy efficient home improvements more affordable for Massachusetts residents. With the HEAT Loan for windows, you could qualify for financing up to $25,000, depending on your Sponsor and the loan provider. 

Additional energy efficiency services, including mini split heat pump installation and insulation installation, are also eligible for HEAT Loan financing. Energy efficiency home upgrades that include air-source or ground-source heat pumps may be eligible for additional 0% financing, up to $50,000.
