Creation of Reports and Contract

The Energy Specialist must present a record of installed measures as needed by the Program Administrator to the customer having a list of installations done during the visit and a report containing commendations as per the findings. Once all pre-weatherization barriers are completed, a work contract can be sent to the homeowner to go ahead. If the customer has got this visit based on an IIC referral to the Lead Vendor, the procedure as prescribed by the Lead Vendor for work scope and contracting will be followed.
