14.1. Any notice needed to be given hereunder must be given to Abode when emailed to Abode, at HPCs@AbodeEM.com, or to HPC when emailed to the notice email provided on the Participating HPC cover sheet.
14.2. Either Abode or HPC can alter the person or for which written notice is to be given to the other, as per the method of notice established herein.
14.3. The HPC must quickly notify Abode of claims against HPC or any of HPC’s insurance businesses coming from that Work.
14.4. The HPC must quickly notify Abode of any police inquiries, claims of theft, or allegations of wrong behavior that are declared against HPC or any of its employees or subcontractors, and whether initiated by any Customer, or municipality, or from any other source.
