The Mass Save Contractor shall examine the whole job and ensure that all its aspects are completed. The Mass Save Contractor must ensure the following before leaving the site:
- All the siding repaired and/or reinstalled
- Shutters are reinstalled
- The outside work area and yard are cleaned up
- The basement/house is free from debris
- The client is happy with the work quality
- The Program incentive application is filled with all required documentation attached
