Background Checks

The following are requirements for background checks which must be followed by all Mass Save Contractors.

1. Mass Save Contractors are required to fully co-operate with any background check policies as required by the individual Program Administrators (PA) for whom the Mass Save Contractor is to work.  
2. Mass Save Contractors are advised to verify with the Lead Vendor (LV) on specific requirements.

Failing to follow these requirements will result in a violation of Mass Save guidelines and can risk suspension from the program. For that reason, it is strongly advised to follow the above requirements.
