Customer Interview

Important information should be collected about the home residence at the first visit to the customer. This information to be collected include Property information – Utility account numbers – Historical energy use – Number of occupants etc.

During the course, the Energy Specialist will educate the customer about the steps included in the visit and the estimated time to be taken for those steps. The Energy Specialist should know the specific concerns of the customers during the energy assessment to address them effectively.
