There is a detailed requirement for the materials used as part of the Mass Save program and includes the following:
- The materials supplied must follow the appropriate specifications.
- All materials shall comply with catalog listing.
- A written pre-endorsement by a PA is required for any kind of material substitution.
- An SDS (Status Determination Statement) is required by each Mass Save Contractor on the job site for every material used.
